Named after a 17th-century Dutch pirate who once sailed these waters, Jost Van Dyke island may have a reputation of being the ‘party’ island of the BVI Islands, but there is also plenty of nature and calm beaches to be found.

White Bay Beach

Snorkel off the beach by White Bay, located near the western tip of the island. An ideal spot for beginners, the underwater coral reef systems here are home to several different types of tropical marine life, from stingrays to tarpon and turtles.

Great Harbour

Head ashore and explore some of the restaurants and bars of Great Harbour. Be sure to stop by the world-famous Foxy’s for a tasty Caribbean dish, a drink or two and some beautiful live music and enjoy one-night cap at Corsairs before retiring for the night aboard your charter yacht.

Monkey Point, Guana Island
