Once a Dutch port and favourite haunt of pirates, feel its ambiance as you wander through the colorful and historic streets. After seeing the sights, embrace local cuisine and try West Indian specialities such as conch fritters or a Johnnycake! Start your charter holiday in St. Thomas, a natural beauty waiting to be discovered, full of rugged hills, white sandy beaches, bright blue waters and tropical forests.

Day 2

Water Island

Less than 500 acres in size, stroll along the white sandy beaches of Water Island, admire the exotic wildlife and unwind in this idyllic sunny haven. Head to Honeymoon Beach to enjoy the tranquil azure waters; relax on the sand or take to the sea to discover the coral reefs and find a diverse range of marine life. For those wishing to explore on land, roam the abandoned ruins and underground tunnels of Fort Segarra, built as part of the United States’ defense strategy during World War II.

Day 3

Hans Lollik Island

Separated from St Thomas by the Leeward passage lies the picture-perfect private island of Hans Lollik. Allow yourself to spend the day relaxing at Coconut Beach, a tropical paradise of beautiful white sands, palm forests and cliffs located on the southern end of the island. Swim in the warm turquoise waters, explore the diverse coral reefs and keep an eye out for wild donkeys strolling by on the shore. As the day comes to an end, make the most of your beautiful surroundings by sipping a delicious cocktail on the beach whilst watching the Caribbean sunset.

Day 4

Congo Cay

A thriving hub of biodiversity, Congo Cay is both a major nesting ground for Brown Pelicans and bursting with aquatic wildlife. A perfect spot for diving and snorkeling due to its crystal-clear waters, expect to see stingrays, sea turtles, squid, octopus, and fish in all the colours of the rainbow. Embrace the beauty of this uninhabited island, taking in the unique views of the pristine sea and wildlife sanctuary from the deck of your superyacht.

Day 5

St John

The smallest of the three main US Virgin Islands and two-thirds a National Park, St John is rich in history having been originally settled by the Arawak and Carib Indians. With artifacts and petroglyphs hidden amongst the valleys and rock pools, this island is wonderful to explore and has magical hiking trails that hug the coastline. Afterwards sit back and relax on Trunk Bay, whose white sand and dense green foliage give the impression of being on a deserted island. For those keen to explore below the surface, follow the underwater snorkeling trail through stunning coral reefs.

Day 6

St Croix

The largest of the Virgin Islands, St Croix offers a variety of land activities. Whether exploring tropical rainforests by Jeep, spending the day on the golf course or shopping, there is something for everyone. Spend two days sampling the Caribbean’s best restaurants and bars, taste traditional island cuisine prepared with only the freshest ingredients. Those enjoying happy hour must try the ‘Painkiller’, a delicious Virgin Islands favorite made up of rum, coconut, pineapple and orange. Day 8

Buck Island

Buck Island is renowned for its beautiful coral reef ecosystem which guests can experience via an underwater trail. Discover bountiful marine life or explore the island on foot, taking a short uphill hike for a birds-eye view out to sea. This is a truly breathtaking sight, the azure blues of the reef below contrasting with the darker, deeper underwater shelf of the island 5,000 feet deep in the Puerto Rican trench. After another day exploring, head back to your luxury yacht to dine in style with delicious ingredients freshly prepared by your own private chef.

Day 9

Vieques

Vieques is a Puerto Rican island and municipality located just seven miles off the East Coast. A true reflection of the Caribbean, Vieques is brimming with life. While on this beautiful island, take the time to admire its architecture and visit the special Ceiba tree, which is over three centuries old and thought to be a sacred site for locals. For those wanting to make unique memories on their charter holiday, another must-see when visiting this Caribbean island is Mosquito Bay. This natural wonder is truly remarkable, holding the reputation of the world’s brightest bioluminescent bay.

Visit the “baths,” a rock formation where northern waves crash against the rocks and experience the natural jacuzzi-like feeling. The more adventurous might want to follow a trail inland to lighthouse ruins formerly known as ‘Faro Isla De Culebritas.’ Operating from 1886 util 1975, these ruins will transcend time and take you back to when the island was more than a haven of tranquility.

On the easternmost tip of Puerto Rico, Fajardo is known for its breathtaking views. Explore the shoreline and the tranquil narrow canals by kayak, where nature reserves are alive with coral reefs, lagoons, and mangroves. To immerse yourself in Fajardo’s history, visit one of the island’s oldest lighthouses, built in 1880 and offering breathtaking views of other Caribbean islands. The restaurants in this area of the island will not disappoint you; savour authentic and eclectic dishes prepared with catch of the day such as lobster and red snapper.
