TWW Yacht Management will be your experienced counsel, facilitator and representative to the maritime and fiduciary world, managing your yacht with your goals in mind. Be that bringing the yacht into line for charter, new cruising grounds or berthing, insurance assessments, shipyard supervision or simply a clearer overview of costs. We deliver solutions.
Defining budgets, managing payments, tracking expenditure and producing full reports; allowing owners and their team to have a clear view on the actual and projected annual costs of the yacht. All discretely and efficiently put in place by our management team using a live cloud-based financial package, with services including ships cash, debit cards, currency conversion, UK based client bank accounts and online invoice filing.
Maintaining the technical efficiency and condition of every area of your yacht to the right standards. Our team carries out regular inspections and supervises the Planned Maintenance Software (PMS) schedule so that when guests or technical experts step aboard to find the yacht lives up to or exceeds their expectations. We are on call for emergency repair support, damage evaluations, development of technical budgets, work assessments and more.
With management options including live cloud-based vessel compliance software, we keep your onboard systems, equipment, crew and certification to relevant national and international statutory regulations (e.g. IMO, ILO, Flag State and Port State). We ensure practical application, auditing & administration of safety, security and maritime employment processes (ISM, ISPS, MLC) for safe and trouble-free operations. Our team also provides 24/7 Emergency Response and qualified Response Personnel to deal with and vessel emergencies.
Our Crew Structure Management Service is designed to help the owner meet the unique employment requirements of operating a yacht in the EU and US. Via this service, we would arrange for the set-up of a dedicated protected-cell employment company in Jersey. Then through our service agreement with the crew employment provider, we would monitor and provide input for the crew employer to ensure the owners’ requirements are met. This system offers a consistent approach to crew employment concerns and ensures that the operational needs of the vessel are always flawlessly achieved.
