Cannes Charter Guide

One of the best ways to experience the annual Cannes Film Festival is via a yacht charter. The central focal point of the film festival is the venue of the Palais des Festival, and the nearby Vieux Port, filled with superyachts, has become one of the main attractions of the week-long event.

Promenade de la Croisette

The place to see and be seen, stroll down the boulevard and explore the luxury boutiques that lined the seaside walkway before selecting a suitable private beach club such as La Plage de Martinez or BFire for a drink and snack.

Le Suquet

Cannes original hillside settlement, climb up the stairways in between the ochre-painted walls of the buildings for a stunning view of La Croisette and the remains of the fortified tower, along with the 12th century Chapel of St Anne. Enjoy the sunset and a drink at a bar.

Vieux Port

One of the most famous spots in the city, Vieux Port, is fully integrated with its surroundings. Walk along the docks to admire the other yachts before heading over to see the Palais des Festivals in person.

St Honorat

Head over to the island of Saint Honorat to explore Lerins Abbey. Afterwards, explore the city’s narrow streets and enjoy a coffee in one of the cafés, or enjoy a sublime day of pampering at one of the exclusive spas.

St Marguerite

Cruise to the island of Sainte Marguerite for some tranquillity. Covered in a deep aromatic pine and eucalyptus forest, relax on one of its beaches or visit the 17th century Fort Royal, known for keeping the Man in the Iron Mask or the maritime museum.
