Cagliari is renowned across the island for its beautiful beaches situated around the city and the Bay of Angels. The most famous and popular beach is Poetto, a long sandy beach that is filled with exciting nightclubs and bars.

Old Town

Wander through the winding streets of the Old Town, also known as the Castello District, and admire the city’s ancient beauty. Here you can see the Torre dell’Elefant, visit the Bastione di Saint Remy, learn about the city’s past and enjoy the view from Piazza dell’Indipendenza.

San Benedetto Market

The best food market in the city, you can find all types of local produce here, from cheese to meats and fruits and vegetables. The fresh seafood stalls offer a wide variety of fish and seafood, perfect for purchasing and enjoying a meal cooked by your private chef.

Stampede District

The most modern area of the city, the Stampede district, is filled with cafes, bars and trattorias. A hive of activity, enjoy walking through its streets before heading to the main square, Piazza Yenne, a meeting point for locals and visitors for some people watching.

Villanova District

Known as the museum and historic district, this beautifully preserved and restored area is quieter than its counterparts. Lined with historical buildings, Mediterranean houses, and Aragonese churches, a few chic, high-end stores are located here too. Spend a few hours exploring this district.

Marina District

Located near the water, the bright and colourful Marina District oozes charm. The ideal place to enjoy a slice of the more traditional Italian lifestyle, visit a cafe or restaurant here to sample some local dishes before heading back to your charter yacht.
