We are delighted to announce that three TWW superyachts have been nominated for a Neptune at the 2024 BOAT International Superyacht Awards: ALUNYA, JIMMY (ex. GREY), and EMERALD.
All three yachts were launched last year, among the seven successful TWW Yachts-managed deliveries for 2022. ALUNYA is a fantastic new build by Benetti, which features the innovative Oasis Deck; JIMMY, another Italian new build, is an evolution of Tankoa’s successful S501 series; while EMERALD is a stunning reimagination of a 1990s Feadship, refitted at Balk Shipyard.
The Boat International Superyacht Awards recognise the ingenuity and craftsmanship of the most remarkable superyachts from across the globe. This marks the 19th edition of the globally acclaimed event, which will be held in Venice, Italy, between 3 to 4 May 2024.
ALUNYA | Nominated for Displacement Motor Yachts below 500GT, 45m and above
ALUNYA, the sixth hull from the revered Benetti B.NOW 50m series, and the second to feature Benetti’s patented Oasis Deck, was launched in May 2023 and showcased at the Monaco Yacht Show.
This innovative deck is a key highlight of ALUNYA. Twin hydraulic winged terraces, port and starboard, extend the width of the aft deck to an impressive 36-square-metre beach club and outdoor living area. From this generous al fresco social space, owners and guests can enjoy unobstructed 270-degree sweeping vistas.
Beyond the aft deck, ALUNYA is just as impressive. Accommodation is for 10 guests, across five well-appointed staterooms. The owner’s suite, located on the main deck forward, is complete with a study area, a large ensuite, and a private terrace. The remaining guest accommodations are found on the lower deck.
When ALUNYA rejoined the market mid-construction, TWW Yachts swiftly sold the project to a long-standing client. We then managed ALUNYA throughout her construction and we have since welcomed her into the TWW Yacht Management Fleet.
JIMMY | Nominated for Semi-Displacement or Planing Motor Yachts, 40m and above
JIMMY (ex. GREY) may be the fifth hull from the Tankoa S501 series, featuring the distinctive sleek and sporty exterior styling, but once onboard, you’re enveloped by a completely different superyacht experience.
The general arrangement sets JIMMY apart from the rest of the series, resulting in a more spacious feel. Large expanses of glass enhance this further, offering panoramic vistas from most areas onboard.
Another significant departure from her sister ships is the foredeck. JIMMY features a stunning glass-sided swimming pool and a 144-inch retractable C-seed outdoor cinema, that converts this traditionally less-used space into an al fresco paradise. Integrated speakers around the pool deliver an exceptional audio experience.
TWW Yachts oversaw the construction of JIMMY and was engaged for both charter and yacht management services before assisting in finding her new owner when she returned to the market.
EMERALD | Nominated for Refitted Yacht
EMERALD is a classic 1990s Feadship brimming with modern charm. Although she exudes a regal and antiquated exterior, the onboard experience tells a different story. This refit was a labour of love, and the results speak for themselves.
Balk Shipyard was contracted for this extensive sixteen-month refit, during which EMERALD underwent a thorough overhaul. The interiors were completely stripped out, the general layout was reconfigured, and the stern was extended. The objective was to create a yacht perfect for extended trips with the whole family.
EMERALD offers something for everyone onboard: ample al fresco space for lounging and dining, comfortable seating and social areas, a garage filled with water toys, and a spacious aft deck capable of carrying a tender. Accommodations cater to 14 guests and 10 crew members, with twin Detroit engines delivering a top speed of 14 knots.
TWW Yachts worked with the owner from procurement, throughout the refit and is now representing EMERALD on the charter market.
With more than 800 luxury boats and accessories on display with a market value exceeding $1.2 billion, the Palm Beach International Boat Show is a must-attend event. It’s one of the largest boat shows on the US calendar, so make sure to be in West Palm Beach, Florida, between 21 to 24 March.
TWW Yachts will present two stunning yachts at this year’s show: the debut from the Benetti B.YOND 37M series NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN, and the fifth hull from the sporty Riva Diable 68 series JACQPOT. These Italian-built yachts were just two of the seven superyachts TWW Yachts managed and successfully delivered last year.
Alongside an impressive fleet of vessels up to 90 metres in length, visitors can expect a wide variety of activities from culinary experiences to insightful seminars and presentations. VIP passes are available and include exclusive access to the Windward VIP Club and the Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary Art Fair, which coincides with the Palm Beach International Boat Show.
To get the most out of the Palm Beach International Boat Show experience, get in touch with the TWW Yachts team. We’ll be able to assist you throughout the show and encourage you to schedule an appointment to visit one of our two yachts.
36.9m | NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN | Benetti | 2022
Benetti delivered the first unit from its coveted B.YOND 37M series last year, under the management of TWW Yachts. It was one of two Benetti yachts we successfully delivered in 2022.
Exclusively available for purchase with TWW Yachts, this is the only Benetti B.YOND model yacht currently available on the market. Lead times for the series are incredibly high, with the next available orders set for 2028.
The asking price is €24,995,000.
68ft | JACQPOT | Riva | 2022
With more than 180 years of shipbuilding expertise and an impressive fleet of vessels that range from 8 to 50 metres in length, Riva is in a class of its own. Riva is renowned for building sleek, innovative and incredibly fast boats. The 68-foot JACQPOT is no exception.
JACQPOT, hull five from the Diablo 68 series, is the second of its kind available in US waters. Powered by twin V12 MAN engines, JACQPOT cruises at 33 knots and can reach speeds of 37 knots – she represents the highest spec’d 68 ever built.
Join us for an extravagant haute couture night at the Salle des Princes in Monaco’s Grimaldi Forum on 22 February 2024 for the World Final of the renowned Junk Kouture. This dazzling live event will see sixty finalists unveiling their eco-friendly, high-fashion designs in an electric and fast-paced event — a catwalk for a cause.
The finalists will compete for several prestigious awards, including ‘The Purposeful Plastic Award’, powered by TWW Yachts. The award will be given to the designer who not only makes good use of plastic in their Junk Kouture design but also demonstrates innovative techniques to reduce and reuse in everyday life.
Unlike other fashion gala events, Junk Kouture is driven by the urgency for sustainable change. All silhouettes must be recycled and upcycled; replacing landfills with landmark fashion pieces.
TWW Yachts stands behind Junk Kouture in its mission and is proud to support the event. The global fashion industry has a significant carbon footprint, with an estimated 1.2 billion tonnes of CO2 per year – more than the aviation and shipping industries combined. Junk Kouture combats this by raising awareness of the detrimental effects of overconsumption and fast fashion. It’s fun, it’s glamorous and an important way to stimulate change.
By transforming waste into wearable art, Junk Kouture empowers 12-19-year-olds to rethink fast fashion and replace landfills with landmark fashion pieces. “We talk often about sustainability in our industry, looking at how we can reduce the environmental impact and clean up the oceans. We talk less seldom about the longevity of change and the interconnectedness of all industries,” says Vikki Daras, Head of Marketing at TWW Yachts. “Junk Kouture positively shapes change and educates younger generations on how to creatively reduce and reuse.”
The Junk Kouture team works tirelessly to improve and evolve educational materials on issues of sustainability and circular economies, helping participants develop the knowledge and skillset to reduce, reuse and recycle in all aspects of their lives. It currently has ties with cities worldwide, including Abu Dhabi, Dublin, London, Milan, New York and Paris.
The Junk Kouture World Final in Monaco’s Grimaldi Forum will be an unforgettable night, and one we’re proud to be a part of. The event is open to the public and suitable for all ages, with tickets priced at €25 each.
To purchase your tickets and to find out more about the event, head over to the Junk Kouture website. We’re looking forward to seeing you there!
We recently spoke to the Captain And First Officer of 40m M/Y HAPPY ME to find out what makes her stand out from other charter yachts on the market and why Croatia is one of the most beautiful places to charter.
How long have you been onboard HAPPY ME?
Boris: I have been onboard HAPPY ME since the very beginning in 2020, it is nice to know a boat so well.
Luka: I have been part of the HAPPY ME family since the very beginning, but I was introduced to the project during the construction and since then, I am proud to be sailing on HAPPY ME.
What is your background and experience?
Boris: I was originally a Captain on a Police boat for 20 years, and after that started working on superyachts, and now have over 20 years’ experience as a Captain in yachting.
Luka: HAPPY ME is my first maritime experience. Before that I studied Physiotherapy and the human body. I saw a benefit to knowing medicine given the challenges of maritime life and yachting. Once I had joined the HAPPY ME community, I decided to enrol in Maritime studies and to educate myself, so that I could continue to develop my skills and to help the team in everyday challenges.
How involved in the build of HAPPY ME were you?
Boris: I was lucky enough to be involved right from the very first idea as I have worked for the Owner for 10+ years. She is a brilliant charter yacht, and it was great seeing her finally come together.
Captain BorisLuka
In what regions are you set to charter next year?
Boris: Potentially Italy and Montenegro but Croatia is our home that we love to share with our guests.
Why is Croatia such a great place to charter?
Boris: In Croatia we are lucky enough to have unspoilt coastlines, with exceptionally clear water, and many beautiful bays and islands. These can also provide protection in any kind of weather.
Luka: The Croatian coast of the Adriatic Sea is considered the cleanest sea in Europe. It has beautiful wide beaches, hidden sandy coves, and all around you’ll find untouched nature, flora and fauna, mountains, waterfalls and rocks. We have many beautiful sites such as the mesmerising Blue Cave, as well as historic cities with old architecture. Croatia offers everything from stunning scenery to national parks, traditional Mediterranean cuisine, and an active nightlife. Her climate allows several sunny periods and a favourable microclimate, which separates Croatia from other destinations, and that was certainly noticed by our guests, who are always happy to return.
Why is Italy a good place to charter?
Boris: Italy has so many beautiful coastal towns that guests can visit, as well as its stunning architecture, history and great shops and food. It has something for everyone.
Luka: Italy is also rich in culture and stands out with its’ beautiful architectural design, fashion sense and the taste of its’ excellent traditional cuisine. There are beautiful coves and a clear sea that will surely make everyone who decides to visit Italy very happy with their choice.
Why should charter clients choose Croatia over other Med destinations?
Boris: Croatia has an unspoilt beauty that is unique due to her untouched nature, the pristine clear water, and ancient towns with more than 1000 years of history.
Luka: Croatia still has untouched and intact nature; a crystal-clear sea and the absence of any dangerous fish species will guarantee you a carefree vacation. Her geography mean she has many protected areas from all kinds of winds. That combined with our / the crews knowledge of the coast and islands, is what defines Croatia and HAPPY ME as the number one choice in terms of destination and yachts in the Mediterranean. The ability to take care of and realize all your wishes in Croatia is guaranteed. The privacy and security offered by such a small country is incomparable to other countries.
What are your personal recommendations for the region?
Boris: It has so much, but guests usually favour the great snorkel spots, cruising routes, beaches, and they love all the sight-seeing activities too. The whole Dalmatian coast offers so much because we have more than 1000 islands so guests are spoilt for choice.
Luka: Depending on the wishes of the guests, and obviously the weather, we can do everything related to water and land sports. There is great food and wine, tours of the old city centres and visits to ancient fortresses along the entire Croatian coast and islands. Among the more popular that I would recommend are the Krka waterfalls in Skradin, Split, Trogir, Hvar island, Vis island, Lastovo island (national park), Biševo (the Blue Cave), Korčula, Mljet island (national park) Elafiti islands, the ancient city of Dubrovnik and Cavtat with its beaches. Whatever you agree on as your itinerary, you really can’t go wrong.
What type of charter is HAPPY ME best suited to?
Boris: She is so adaptable she is suited for everybody! Families, couples, friends, some that like swimming, some that like relaxing, some that like great restaurants – we can cater to everybody’s specific requests and we have experience with every type of guest.
Luka: Whether you want to party, relax with some quiet time with your family or enjoy an active sports holiday, HAPPY ME has everything you need. She can provide sports, entertainment, excellent food and drink and a professional, friendly crew who will ensure whatever you require on HAPPY ME is at your disposal, at any time.
How would you describe her design?
Boris: Her design is quirky with some Vietnamese inspiration, not boring, and every area has been well thought out so guests have multiple areas to relax, work out, play and have fun.
Luka: HAPPY ME has sharp but pleasant lines as a ship. Her carefully planned design and layout ensure the maximum use of space and comfort that our guests deserve. Inside she has selected colours and carefully planned materials, with a fusion of wood with marble stone, and detailing of the highest level of quality which leave the competition behind. HAPPY ME is not an ordinary charter boat, you will realize that as soon as you step on board.
In your opinion, why is she a great charter yacht?
Boris: HAPPY ME stands out because she is all about the guests, she can offer so much and still give them space to have their choice of holiday. It has been designed with the charterer in mind as the Owners are experienced charterers themselves – they knew what would work when they designed it!
Luka: HAPPY ME is the best choice for charter because it offers so many things that yachts of its size do not normally have; a top chef and five star food, drinks, smart sound system, disco with smoke machine and lasers, numerous places to sunbathe and relax, a heated jacuzzi, professional gyro billiards table, a Babyfoot table, pinball machine, gym equipment with treadmills, bicycles and weights, a massage room with adjustable heated table and two highly educated crew members, (for him and her), 2 Jetskis 300hp, eFoils, kayaks, paddleboards, 2 Seabobs, and snorkelling gear. Most importantly though, we can offer you the maximum privacy you’d require whilst being attended to by an experienced crew.
How is each area onboard mostly used during a charter and what are her most popular amenities?
Boris: Guests usually use different areas throughout the day and night , but they always congregate together on the upper deck usually. Here they can play and party with Babyfoot, billiards, pinball machine, and of course the party area with lasers, smoke machine, karaoke… families and friends have a lot of fun there.
Luka: HAPPY ME is very versatile and it depends on what you enjoy. Given that it is the highest point on HAPPY ME, the bar to the fore of the sundeck is often used for enjoying a coffee or cocktail whilst watching the stunning sunset or sunrises. The sundeck middle area is commonly used for eating throughout the day. Sundeck aft area has a sofa and sunbed area where you can relax and read, or exercise with the fitness equipment (treadmill, bicycles, weights). The upper deck is probably the most popular because of the heated jacuzzi and huge sunbath area with sofas and coffee tables. Behind this there is the interior space with a massage room, bar and a lounge with a huge flat screen TV ideal for movies. However, the upper deck aft area is where the most fun is. This is mostly used for late evening gatherings under the colourful lights. Down below on the main deck you find the beautiful saloon, like a piece of artwork, in which clients usually like to play all kind of board games, having a snack or even a meal together, and the heated floor will make sure you feel cosy at any time. To the aft of this is a central table that is mostly used for drinks in between swimming and sports activities. Also, the swim deck platform is the focus for those who want to play with the toys or just spend time in and near the sea.
What toys / services are the most popular onboard?
Boris: During the day everyone wants to play with the watertoys but at night they prefer to socialize and come together with billiards, pinball, games and Karaoke…
Luka: It would be close between those that want to sample the fine dining, and enjoying the great wine and cocktails, or relaxing in the Jacuzzi or have a massage onboard. For those more active they tend not to have favourites but want to try everything from working out, to all the water sports.
Dubai is set to host the 30th edition of the Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS) from 28 February – 03 March at Dubai Harbour.

If you want to experience a true celebration of innovative design, technology and luxury, then get yourself to Dubai for the show.
The TWW Yachts team will be onsite and available to assist with viewings and to discuss our fleet and services. You’ll find us stationed onboard AQUAMARINA, Marina Entrance 1, berth MD03.
TWW will be showcasing AQUAMARINA at this year’s show and is exclusively for sale with TWW Yachts.
AQUAMARINA is striking. The vivid glacial metallic blue hull and dazzling pearlescent superstructure always pull a crowd and once onboard, guests find the exquisite styling and interior design by Cristiano Gatto difficult to leave. AQUAMARINA has been immaculately maintained, sovereignly owned and not once chartered.
Unlike most yachts in this class, AQUAMARINA has two primary suites. The first is located on the main deck and is completed with a very generous office, while the second is on the upper deck and has a private terrace. There are two further doubles and two twins on the lower deck.
AQUAMARINA offers plenty of outdoor space. The main deck aft is furnished for formal occasions, with a large dining table and direct access to the plush main saloon. The bridge deck is more informal and ideal for casual al fresco dining and entertaining. While the sun deck is massive, features a Jacuzzi, boasts 360-degree views and can be transformed into an outdoor gym. A comprehensive tender garage and large beach club complete the package.
For any information about AQUAMARINA or our sales fleet please contact Lucrecia Vogogna.

Shake off the January blues and head to “The Magic City” for the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show. The show is massive: five days, six locations and over 1,000 yachts. It will take place from 14 – 18 February.
Following great success, the Miami International Boat Show and the Miami Yacht Show have joined together to create a series of events that attract more than 100,000 attendees and have an economic impact of $1.34 billion. The show broke the national record last year when it displayed the 115.1-metre Lürssen superyacht AHPO, which is the largest yacht to ever be displayed in the US.
Split across six locations, the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show showcases everything from water toys to 100m+ superyachts. The Miami Beach Convention Center is where you’ll find all the boats up to 15 metres in length; Herald Plaza for everything up to 30 metres; and IGY Marinas’ Yacht Haven Grande Miami at Island Gardens for the superyachts. There will also be more than 150 vessels available for sea trials at Venetian Marina.
The on-land areas can be found at the award-winning Miami Beach Convention Center and Pride Park, which recently underwent a $640-million-dollar renovation. Seminars, culinary experiences and activities will be held in and around the Centre.
TWW Yachts will be onsite and available for meetings to discuss our fleet and services. Our team of new build experts will also be there to chat about projects you might want to get started for 2024. We’ll also be presenting one of the seven 2023 TWW-managed deliveries of 2023: JACQPOT.
JACQPOT is the fifth unit of the wildly popular Riva 68’ Diable series. Riva is known for its sleek, sporty and enviable designs – and JACQPOT doesn’t buck the trend. JACQPOT is gorgeous: long muscular exterior lines, a modern interior design and twin V12 MAN engines that deliver a 37 knots top speed. Incredibly, even at peak speeds, noise levels within the lower deck stay around 80 decibels.
Other unmissable yachts at this Miami International Boat Show include:
50.5m | SAPPHIRE | Trinity Yachts | 2009/21
The queen of the show is SAPPHIRE, built locally on the US Gulf Coast by Trinity Yachts. SAPPHIRE was delivered in 2009 and undertook two substantial refits in the past five years, the most recent saw her engines and generators replaced. This gorgeous US-built superyacht features an exterior design by Trinity Yachts and an interior curated by James McFarlane. SAPPHIRE offers accommodation for as many as 20 guests. After many years exploring remote areas of Southeast Asia, SAPPHIRE has proven to be a true-born traveller. The asking price is $17,500,000.
50.4m | HIGH OCCUPANCY | Oceanfast | 1988/23
Fresh from a refit, HIGH OCCUPANCY will undoubtedly pull a crowd in Miami. Her exterior lines are the work of the esteemed late Jon Bannenberg, who worked in unison with naval architect Phil Curran Design. Her natural interior design and flowing open-plan layout are by Steve Mallory. HIGH OCCUPANCY offers accommodation for 12 guests across six suites. And three punchy Rolls Royce mtu engines deliver a very fast 28 knots top speed. The asking price is $8,499,000.
39.62m | ALL INN | Westport Yachts | 2008/23
Built in the northwest US in Washington State, ALL INN is a fine example of the popular Westport 130 series. ALL INN has an impeccable charter record – which a big part is because she was owned and refitted by the founders of a major superyacht furniture and fabrics firm. The styling is confident and enticing. She offers accommodation for 10 guests across five staterooms. ALL INN also has a well-stocked tender and toy garage. The asking price is $11,450,000.
38.4m | ENTOURAGE | Norship | 1993/22
The eye-catching sports yacht ENTOURAGE features the quintessential early 90s styling of Mulder Design. There is no mistaking that this yacht was built to perform. Twin Caterpillar engines deliver a top speed of 29 knots, and a recent refit has given her a fresh lease of life. Paola D. Smith & Associates oversaw the interior design and carved out accommodation for eight across four staterooms. The asking price is $4,500,000.
38.23m | BORA GORA | Azimut | 2023
BORA GORA is the latest from the Azimut 38 Metri Trideck series, which features an innovative naval architecture that improves both fuel efficiency and onboard comfort. Alberto Mancini Yacht Design and Salvagni Architetti partnered up for this series, with the former handling the exterior design and the latter the interior design. Accommodation is for 10, and guests will find an abundance of indoor and outdoor social spaces. The asking price is $19,900,000.
34.36m | GRATEFUL | Benetti | 2023
Benetti launched the Oasis 34M GRATEFUL early last year. The exterior design is by RWD while the interiors have been curated by New York’s Bonetti/Kozerski. GRATEFUL pays testament to the simple elegance that Benetti is renowned for, with a light neutral palette, horizon views and large open social areas. The main saloon boasts 270-degree panoramic views and the main aft deck features hydraulic wings that maximise the outdoor living area. The asking price is $15,900,000.
