What not to miss at the Miami International Boat Show 2024

Shake off the January blues and head to “The Magic City” for the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show. The show is massive: five days, six locations and over 1,000 yachts. It will take place from 14 – 18 February.

Following great success, the Miami International Boat Show and the Miami Yacht Show have joined together to create a series of events that attract more than 100,000 attendees and have an economic impact of $1.34 billion. The show broke the national record last year when it displayed the 115.1-metre Lürssen superyacht AHPO, which is the largest yacht to ever be displayed in the US.

Split across six locations, the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show showcases everything from water toys to 100m+ superyachts. The Miami Beach Convention Center is where you’ll find all the boats up to 15 metres in length; Herald Plaza for everything up to 30 metres; and IGY Marinas’ Yacht Haven Grande Miami at Island Gardens for the superyachts. There will also be more than 150 vessels available for sea trials at Venetian Marina.

The on-land areas can be found at the award-winning Miami Beach Convention Center and Pride Park, which recently underwent a $640-million-dollar renovation. Seminars, culinary experiences and activities will be held in and around the Centre.

TWW Yachts will be onsite and available for meetings to discuss our fleet and services. Our team of new build experts will also be there to chat about projects you might want to get started for 2024. We’ll also be presenting one of the seven 2023 TWW-managed deliveries of 2023: JACQPOT.

JACQPOT is the fifth unit of the wildly popular Riva 68’ Diable series. Riva is known for its sleek, sporty and enviable designs – and JACQPOT doesn’t buck the trend. JACQPOT is gorgeous: long muscular exterior lines, a modern interior design and twin V12 MAN engines that deliver a 37 knots top speed. Incredibly, even at peak speeds, noise levels within the lower deck stay around 80 decibels.

Other unmissable yachts at this Miami International Boat Show include:

50.5m | SAPPHIRE | Trinity Yachts | 2009/21

The queen of the show is SAPPHIRE, built locally on the US Gulf Coast by Trinity Yachts. SAPPHIRE was delivered in 2009 and undertook two substantial refits in the past five years, the most recent saw her engines and generators replaced. This gorgeous US-built superyacht features an exterior design by Trinity Yachts and an interior curated by James McFarlane. SAPPHIRE offers accommodation for as many as 20 guests. After many years exploring remote areas of Southeast Asia, SAPPHIRE has proven to be a true-born traveller. The asking price is $17,500,000.

50.4m | HIGH OCCUPANCY | Oceanfast | 1988/23

Fresh from a refit, HIGH OCCUPANCY will undoubtedly pull a crowd in Miami. Her exterior lines are the work of the esteemed late Jon Bannenberg, who worked in unison with naval architect Phil Curran Design. Her natural interior design and flowing open-plan layout are by Steve Mallory. HIGH OCCUPANCY offers accommodation for 12 guests across six suites. And three punchy Rolls Royce mtu engines deliver a very fast 28 knots top speed. The asking price is $8,499,000.

39.62m | ALL INN | Westport Yachts | 2008/23

Built in the northwest US in Washington State, ALL INN is a fine example of the popular Westport 130 series. ALL INN has an impeccable charter record – which a big part is because she was owned and refitted by the founders of a major superyacht furniture and fabrics firm. The styling is confident and enticing. She offers accommodation for 10 guests across five staterooms. ALL INN also has a well-stocked tender and toy garage. The asking price is $11,450,000.

38.4m | ENTOURAGE | Norship | 1993/22

The eye-catching sports yacht ENTOURAGE features the quintessential early 90s styling of  Mulder Design. There is no mistaking that this yacht was built to perform. Twin Caterpillar engines deliver a top speed of 29 knots, and a recent refit has given her a fresh lease of life.  Paola D. Smith & Associates oversaw the interior design and carved out accommodation for eight across four staterooms. The asking price is $4,500,000.

38.23m | BORA GORA | Azimut | 2023

BORA GORA is the latest from the Azimut 38 Metri Trideck series, which features an innovative naval architecture that improves both fuel efficiency and onboard comfort. Alberto Mancini Yacht Design and Salvagni Architetti partnered up for this series, with the former handling the exterior design and the latter the interior design. Accommodation is for 10, and guests will find an abundance of indoor and outdoor social spaces. The asking price is $19,900,000.

34.36m | GRATEFUL | Benetti | 2023

Benetti launched the Oasis 34M GRATEFUL early last year. The exterior design is by RWD while the interiors have been curated by New York’s Bonetti/Kozerski. GRATEFUL pays testament to the simple elegance that Benetti is renowned for, with a light neutral palette, horizon views and large open social areas. The main saloon boasts 270-degree panoramic views and the main aft deck features hydraulic wings that maximise the outdoor living area. The asking price is $15,900,000.
