This 2024 Hanse 588 is well suited for a singlehanded sailor of any ability looking to take to the waters with ease and comfort. With her fully electric in-mast mainsail furling, jib furling and winch systems, she really is a breeze and a pleasure to sail, the yacht can be fully controlled safely by one person from either of the helm stations!

After her commissioning in April 2024, she has enjoyed a quiet season in the Gocek area, all whilst receiving meticulous care by a professional captain on board who has helped iron out the usual post-delivery warranty items.

Selling due to upgrade, the owners will be sad to see her go after an enjoyable season onboard. The next owner will definitely see why!

The cockpit is spacious, equipped with twin Carbonautica wheels and independent Lewmar steering systems, providing excellent control and visibility for the helmsman. An optional fiberglass “T-top” hardtop can be installed to offer additional protection from the elements. The yacht also includes a hydraulically controlled fold-down transom that doubles as a swim platform, providing easy access to the water.

Cockpit

The spacious cockpit is designed for both relaxation and functionality, featuring twin Carbonautica wheels and independent Lewmar steering systems. Forward of the helm stations are twin cockpit tables flanking a central walkway, providing direct access from the companionway to the hydraulically controlled fold-down transom, which doubles as a swim platform.

Swim Platform and Dinghy Garage

The hydraulically controlled transom extends to create a generous swim platform, providing easy access to the water. Beneath the cockpit, the dinghy garage offers ample storage space for tenders, enhancing the yacht’s versatility for water activities and shore excursions.
