Rotational Chief Officer - 50m M/Y - Single Season Med Charter

We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Officer to join a 50m Single Season, Mediterranean based Charter Motor Yacht.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficient running of the yacht while supervising the deck crew and assisting the Captain in navigation and other operational duties. Experience in managing a team as well as a thorough understanding of yacht operations will be essential for success in this position. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards is key in a Charter environment. Strong tender abilities and guest interaction is a vital characteristic the vessel needs from a potential Chief Officer. This is an older vessel with a prestigious build that will require a hands on approach, calm nature and go getter attitude.

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chief Officer or First Mate on motor yachts between 46m – 55m.
• Valid STCW and ENG1.
• OOW completed and in hand.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to managing crew and operations.
• Extensive knowledge of safety protocols, navigation, and yacht maintenance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills would be a plus.

Package:

• Salary: €5,000 pcm
• Leave: 4:2 rotation (10 days per month)
• Itinerary: Mediterranean
