Rotational Captain - 40m+ M/Y - Dual Season Charter

We are currently seeking a Rotational Captain to join a 40m+ Dual season Charter Motor Yacht.

We are seeking a Permanent Rotational Captain for a 40m+ Motor Yacht. The role is a dual-season vessel, operating across the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Bahamas, with a crew complement of eight including a chase boat. The successful candidate will oversee total operational management and charter activities, taking full responsibility for the yacht’s safe and efficient operation. The vessel will be undergoing a flag change in the up and coming weeks. You will also be expected to assist with building a team onboard as the vessel is currently running with temp crew after the safe of the vessel. we are looking for a captain that ensures smooth daily running of the vessel and exceptional guest service on this long-term, high-profile client vessel

Start Date: Mid March 2026

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience as a yacht captain on similar sized vessels (40m+ motor yachts)
• Proven leadership skills in managing crew and operations
• Experience overseeing flag change procedures, particularly to a Cayman flag
• Strong understanding of charter management and client relations
• Ability to adapt to dual-season operational requirements in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Bahamas
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Master 500GT

Package:

• Salary: $10,500 – 12,000pcm
• Leave: 2:2 Rotation
• Itinerary: Mediterranean, Caribbean and Bahamas
