Permanent Chief Stewardess- 40m+ Private/Charter

We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Stewardess to join a Single-Season 40m+ Private/Charter- Motor Yacht, entering an exciting new phase with a fresh dynamic crew and new British owners following a recent refit and 10-year survey.

This is a strong opportunity for a Chief Stew or experienced Second Stew ready to step up to take ownership of the interior and establish structure standards and team culture within a charter-focused program looking to expand.

This is a hands-on position where the Chief Stewardess will lead and manage the interior department.

Key responsibilities include

• Full interior setup and organisation
• Managing inventory systems and interior standards
• Running an interior team of three
• Delivering a high level of service for owner trips and charter
• Overseeing provisioning, ordering and interior administration

The majority of the groundwork has been completed, allowing the incoming Chief Stewardess to implement their own structure.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as Chief Stewardess or strong Second Stew, ready to step up
• Confident in leading a small team and setting standards
• Strong service skills and attention to detail
• Organised a proactive and hands-on approach
•  Positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
•  Fluent English required

• Salary €5,500
• Leave 60 days
• Full-time contract
• Annual appraisals and salary reviews
