New Build - 2nd Stewardess - 50m+ M/Y - Private/Charter Single Season Med

We are currently seeking a Permanent 2nd Stewardess to join a 50m Single Season Private/Charter Motor Yacht.  

We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a 50m New Build Motor Yacht that operates both privately and chartered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Chief stewardess with the initial set up of the interior, creating inventories, organising storages, providing exceptional service to guests, maintaining the interior cleanliness, organisation and ensuring the smooth operation of the yacht’s hospitality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a new build vessel, which combines luxury, functionality and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working well within a close-knit professional crew environment. 

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have a positive and up beat personality and able to work within a dynamic team through high pressure, stressful situations.

Please Note: The vessel intends to launch in June – July 2026.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience as a 2nd Stewardess in the yachting industry
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Food Hygiene lvl2
• Strong understanding of yacht interiors, service and housekeeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to accommodate guest needs and requests
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Package:

• Salary: €4,000 – 4,500pcm
• Itinerary: Mediterranean
• Tips: Shared equally
