Chief Stewardess - 65m M/Y - Private

We are currently looking for a experienced Permanent Chief Stewardess for a 65m Private Motor yacht.

We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Stewardess for a newly build 65m Motor Yacht. This private vessel operates within a relaxed program, offering a wonderful work environment with a great owner and an experienced Captain. The role involves supervising the interior team, maintaining high standards of service and safety and ensuring smooth daily operations onboard. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as a Chief Stewardess, with a strong understanding of crew management, a proactive approach and excellent organisational skills. The vessel’s itinerary includes the Caribbean, Dominican Republic, New England during July and August, Costa Rica and Cabo, providing exciting cruising adventures. The Captain prefers an understanding and autonomous person who can contribute to a well-structured routine, with department heads managing their respective teams. As the vessel operates with a safety-first approach, attention to detail and crew safety are paramount. The environment is non-micromanaged, encouraging a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, with onboard discussions and light usage of resources.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience as a Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
• Flexibility to adapt to a varied itinerary including Caribbean, New England, Costa Rica, and Cabo
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
• Understanding of crew dynamics and good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Food Hygiene lvl2
• B1/B2 and Schengen visa in hand if not exempt

Package:

• Salary: $7,000 – 7,500 pcm
• Leave: 60 days paid leave per year
• Itinerary: Bahamas, Caribbean, New England, Costa Rica, Cabo and the Dominican Republic 
• Bonus: 13th month and training
• Training: Training Schemes in place
