Chief Stewardess - 35m+ M/Y - Single season Charter

We are currently looking for a experienced Permanent Chief Stewardess for a 35m+ Charter Motor yacht with light owner usage.

We are seeking a dedicated Permanent Chief Stewardess to join a 35m+ Charter Motor Yacht, the owners of the vessel will use the vessel when it isn’t being chartered, charter will always take priority over owners usage . The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to guests onboard, lead an interior team of 2 and be able to work independently with in their department. This role requires a professional with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality. The Chief Stewardess will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service and managing guest preferences to guarantee an outstanding onboard experience. As a vital part of the crew, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, an adaptable attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. The vessel is currently in Lebanon and will be heading to the Mediterranean early May for booked charters.

Start Date: April 2026

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts, preferably within the 36m – 40m range
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing interior crew
• Outstanding customer service and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Food hygiene lvl2

Package:

• Salary: €5,000 pcm
• Contract: Permanent
• Leave: 60 days
• Itinerary: Mediterranean – Single Season
• Tips: Shared equally
