Chief Officer - 55m M/Y - Commercial

We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Officer to join a 55m Commercially registered Motor Yacht.

Please note: This vessel is heavily for sale and will be staying in the shipyard until sole. It has recently gone commercial and runs with a team of 8.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute towards a newly launched motor yacht. Fully compliant and MLC contract, the vessel requires a Chief Officer that is able to keep the vessel at a high standard, making sure all paperwork is kept up to day, job list are ticked off and the ability to maintain a good crew moral onboard

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chief Officer or First Mate on similar-sized yachts
• Proficient with safety and navigation procedures aboard motor yachts
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Yacht Master Offshore (Commercially endured) with OOW Modules in hand
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in yacht maintenance and safety equipment management

Package:

• Salary: €7,000 pcm
• Leave: 3.67 days paid per month
