Captain - 25m M/Y - Mediterranean Private

We are currently seeking a Temporary Captain to join a 25m Single Season Private Motor Yacht.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of this new 25m motor yacht. This role requires a highly professional individual who can ensure the safety, security and smooth running of the vessel while delivering an exceptional experience for clients. The Captain will oversee all aspects of the yacht’s operation, including crew management, navigation, maintenance and compliance with maritime regulations. Maintaining the highest standards of service, safety and presentation will be essential at all times. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with the owner. Conversational German is required to ensure clear communication, and the ability to speak French would be considered an advantage.

Based in the South of France, this position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced yacht Captain to work with varied itineraries and a dynamic working environment.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience as a Captain on motor yachts 
• Master 200GT
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Strong navigation skills and thorough knowledge of maritime safety regulations
• Proven leadership and crew management abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in client service and maintaining high standards of professionalism
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Flexible attitude with a willingness to travel within Europe
