2nd Stewardess / Masseuse - 40m M/Y - Charter / Light Private

We are currently seeking a Permanent 2nd Stewardess Masseuse / Beautician  to join a 40m Light Private / Charter Motor Yacht .

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and guest comfort aboard this 40m vessel. A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional guest experience, assisting with interior service, and supporting the stewardess team in maintaining a pristine environment onboard. Additionally, candidates with a background in massage therapy will be highly valued, as the role may include providing wellness and relaxation treatments to guests. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic yachting environment. This vessel is a single season Motor yacht that will be based in Monaco year round. A team of 3 will be running the interior.

Please Note: The owner is looking for a Masseuse, can be any style of massage and beautician.

Start Date: Mid to End of January 2026

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience as a Second Stewardess on private or charter yachts – (At least 2 years in the Industry)
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Food Hygiene lvl2 
• Background in massage therapy or wellness treatments
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanour and strong service ethic
• Vast knowledge of interior management and guest service standards
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols onboard

Package:

• Salary: €3,500 – 4,500 pcm DOE
• Leave: Standard
• Itinerary: Mediterranean
