2nd Stewardess - 45m+ - M/Y Charter/Private

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Second Stewardess to join a 45m single-season Light Private / Charter Motor Yacht.

We are looking for a confident and hardworking Second Stewardess to join a busy, predominantly charter programme cruising the Mediterranean through to mid-November. This is a key supporting role within a team of three interior crew, working closely with the Chief Stewardess to maintain high standards across all areas of the interior.

The role is predominantly service-focused, requiring a strong foundation in guest interaction, service delivery and attention to detail. However, the Captain encourages rotation across housekeeping and laundry to support development and maintain a well-rounded interior team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on environment, with the yacht returning to the water on the 13th and preparing for an active charter season. We are seeking someone with previous Second Stewardess experience on similar-sized yachts who can hit the ground running, demonstrate stamina and contribute positively to a tight-knit team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and personable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 15th November

Please note: The crew accommodation is within designated female living quarters, with a shared private shower room and separate toilet for female crew, offering a comfortable and discreet setup.

Candidate requirements:

• Valid STCW & ENG1
• Food Hygiene Level 2
• Candidates currently in Europe
• Previous experience as a Second Stewardess on similar-sized yachts
• Strong service skills and guest interaction experience
• Solid housekeeping standards with good attention to detail
• Competent in laundry care, including garment handling and fabric knowledge
• Hardworking with good stamina for a busy charter programme
• Team player with a flexible and positive attitude
• Good communication skills and professional presentation

Package:

• Salary: €4,000 pcm
• Leave: 3.67 days leave per month
• Tips: Shared equally
• Itinerary: Mediterranean (Malta, Naples, South of France, Palermo, Greece, Croatia, Turkey)
