Remote, stunningly beautiful and sun-drenched, Barbados is the perfect destination for any Caribbean luxury charter. The most eastern island in the Lesser Antilles islands chain, it offers an abundance of soft, white sand beaches peppered with sandstone cliffs surrounded by warm, turquoise waters. At the northern end of Barbados, the coral and sandstone cliffs measure several hundred feet in height, separated by secluded beaches and bays housing a wealth of marine life. Laid-back and welcoming, the island offers a range of activities to indulge in, from golf and cricket to surfing, sailing and snorkelling. Barbados Charter Guide

Ideally situated for an extensive luxury charter through the Lesser Antilles, Barbados is located near St. Vincent & the Grenadines and St. Lucia. Relatively flat compared to the majority of the islands in the Caribbean, Barbados is also the birthplace of rum. The Mount Gay distillery, founded in 1703, is thought to produce the oldest rum in the world.

The beating heart of the island, experience the unique blend of its vibrant culture and learn more about its history of African, American and British roots. Stop by its Garrison, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that dates back to the 17th century.

Carlisle Bay

Home to an array of fish and sea turtles, enjoy swimming by the shore here before heading deeper out into the stunning azure waters to snorkel among one of the many shallow wrecks by the bay. The ideal spot for watersports enjoy paddleboarding and kayaking in the area as well.

Mount Gay

The birthplace of rum, complete your Barbados experience with a stop at the distilleries. Learn more about the history of this drink, which was originally called “Kill-Devil” by the Barbadians, who first distilled it while participating in a cocktail mixing season or traditional Bajan lunch.

Bathsheba Bay

The ideal beach to enjoy some wind-based watersports, try your hand at kitesurfing or windsurfing. Take a long stroll along the beautiful sandy coast and explore some of the massive rock formations created by the remains of ancient coral reeds in the shallow bay.
