Peter Mahony

Following a decade in commercial sales Peter moved into yachting joining global distributor Sunseeker Sales in mid 2000. Starting in frontline sales in the Balearic Islands Peter progressed to Sales Director in 2005 and in 2006 Sunseeker Sales doubled its sales, achieving 70 million GBP in the boating year. This brought a lateral move to head up the retail Superyacht Division in 2007.


The GFC saw many changes in the industry and 2008 saw him move to the UK shipyards’ rivals “Princess” and in 2009 Peter spearheaded the launch of the Princess M Class Division achieving a successful global launch of the M Class range of yachts and taking Princess into a new era. In 2013 Peter moved to Singapore and opened a new Princess dealership servicing South East Asia.


2017 brought a new challenge and Peter joined global shipyard giants Benetti as the General Manager responsible for sales and marketing for Asia Pacific. In 2020 Benetti’s APAC region became the highest performing territory by both unit number and sales value.


With a quarter of a century in the luxury marine sector, he is a proven problem solver with an unrivalled network, providing solutions, and has demonstrated exceptional leadership based on responsibility, accountability, teamwork, team management and out-of-the-box thinking, consistently creating winning scenarios and gaining an international reputation for quality of service.

clear thinking and honesty.


Recent changes to the global landscape has brought about an evolution to the commercial sector of luxury yachting. It is these changes that have led to Peter leaving the corporate world of shipyards and dealer sales to join the established independent boutique group TWW Yachts, where he can use his experience, applied with freedom and integrity to be his most effective.
