Matthew Gusman​

Matthew’s first nautical experiences were childhood summer sailing holidays around Malta and Sicily on board the family-owned 15m sailing boat. Prior to graduating from the University of Malta with a Bachelors of Commerce (Hons) in Management, he spent a summer cruising the Peloponnese in Southern Greece. This experience encouraged him to work as crew on both sailing and motor yachts prior to entering the shoreside of the yachting industry in 2006. After 4 years heading the Fraser office in Malta, Matthew founded a service and support Superyacht agency in 2016 assisting yachts visiting the Maltese archipelago and became a partner in a boutique brokerage. A keen sailor, he’s participated in numerous Rolex Middle Sea Races and St Barth’s Buckets. Matthew keeps a close eye on the sales and retail charter sectors, is familiar with the key European shipyards and is fluent in three languages.
