Lauren Hawkes

Lauren has worked in admin since leaving school and naturally made the progression to finance in 2002. She really found her feet with numbers and went on to achieve an AAT Level 3. Her roles over the years have included Team Secretary, Office Manager and Financial Controller through a variety of industry sectors, including construction, facilities management, legal, luxury retail and maritime. This varied experience has helped Lauren develop her wide skillset, knowledge base, and resilient character.


With family serving in the Merchant Navy, who have travelled the world by sea, Lauren already had a fantastic insight into life onboard. Her own love for travel has seen her visiting numerous countries, with many more on the bucket list. Lauren also loves the water, is a certified PADI Open Water Diver and feels at peace by the sea.


Bringing this wealth of life and work experience to TWW Yacht Management and the accounts team, Lauren approaches tasks with her calm, analytical, problem-solving style. She enjoys being challenged and prides herself on delivering an outstanding service and support for key stakeholders.


Outside of work, Lauren is a ‘masters’ bodybuilder and hopes to compete in the future. She loves going for long walks/hikes, baking (although it breaks her heart to eat her creations), fitness training, and getting stuck into a good medical or crime drama.
