She obtained an undergraduate degree in Communication Science in the Netherlands, developing a strong foundation in strategic communication, organisational effectiveness, and professional coordination. Now based in London, Kayla is highly detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive, with a strong ability to support fast-paced environments through strong connections and efficient processes, bringing adaptability, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to supporting our brokers and the wider business.
