Adam Vere-Nicoll

Adam’s early days were never far from the sea. From the West Coast of Scotland to the South Coast of England, his passion for the sea was forged in these younger years. Adam went on to complete his navigation and seamanship training on the Solent, in Cowes on the Isle of Wight, and ultimately joining the Superyacht industry in Palma, Mallorca.

With his passion and drive for the industry, Adam quickly advanced through the ranks. Within five years, and in his late 20’s, he became a Captain and, for the following 20 years, safely operated numerous private and commercial yachts around the Mediterranean, Caribbean and USA. During his time onboard, Adam also oversaw many large refit and new build projects. This, in turn, saw him coordinating shipyard teams on technical refits and new build sign-off projects, gaining him extensive shipyard experience as both a Captain and Owner’s Representative.

After 30 Years as a maritime professional in the Superyacht Industry and with over 20 years of that time as a Captain, Adam moved into the Superyacht Management sector, where his vast and varied experience has proved invaluable. At TWW Yacht Management, Adam draws on this extensive industry knowledge and valuable experience at sea to support our clients and the teams on board with the intricacies of daily operations and Yacht Management.

When not at work, Adam is never far from the sea, and you will probably find him out on the water, enjoying time with family.
