Day 1

Athens

Your charter will begin in Greece’s capital city, Athens. At over 2,500 years old, Athens is a buzzing hub of history, culture and contemporary life. UNESCO World Heritage sites of the Acropolis and the Daphni Monastery are stunning remnants of ancient Greece and, unsurprisingly, get the most attention. However, landmarks from the ‘later’ years such as Byzantine churches should not be missed. Enjoy the 19th Century neoclassical style of the city centre before heading on board your yacht and meeting the qualified crew.

Day 2

Mykonos

Your first stop will be the captivating island of Mykonos, known for its glamorous style and hedonistic reputation. This whitewashed paradise offers stunning white sand beaches, hip hotels, beach bars and an overall atmosphere of sophistication. Having been discovered by bohemian travellers in the 1960’s, it’s no wonder that since then Mykonos has become such iconic destination. The deck of your yacht is arguably the one of the best spots to enjoy Mykonos during the day, away from the crowds and just one jump away from the relief of the cooling, azure sea. Head on shore for dinner with a view in a waterfront restaurant, before a night of partying in the town.

Day 3

Paros

Lying at the heart of the Cyclades, Paros offers an eclectic balance of stylish café culture, spectacular scenery and stunningly preserved historical monuments. The town encapsulates the best parts of traditional, historic Greece with a contemporary atmosphere, made even more charming for the relative lack of crowds. Enjoy the glorious blue of the Aegean Sea with an afternoon of water sports and snorkelling, or take the yacht tender to shore and explore some of the natural walking paths and outstanding scenery.

Day 4

Naxos

Naxos, the isle of Dionysos (God of Wine and Ecstasy), beholds a captivating atmosphere of Mediterranean culture, with beautiful natural scenery and charming traditional villages. The main town of Hora has a pretty waterfront and a maze of cobbled streets below the hilltop, peppered with fortified Venetian mansions. Mount Zeus, standing tall as the Cyclades’ highest peak at 1004m, is the focus of the island’s mountainous landscape, overlooking the charming mountain villages, lush green forests, ancient sites and isolated beaches.

Day 5

Santorini

Approaching Santorini from the water by superyacht is by far the most magical way to arrive. The sheer cliffs that rise up above the turquoise sea and the iconic white buildings that are scattered across them is one of the most picturesque backdrops in the Mediterranean, if not the world. Santorini becomes a playground for the wealthy during high season, resulting in an abundance of fantastic restaurants and renowned wineries. Should you be looking for a little more seclusion, you’ll find this at the island’s ancient sites, hiking trails or head back to the yacht for ultimate privacy and relaxation.

Day 7

Folegandros

A far cry from the world-renowned Santorini, the pretty island of Folegandros is secluded and lesser known, a perfect spot for those looking to enjoy a more authentic Greece. Lying on the Southern edge of the Cyclades with the Sea of Crete Sweeping away to its south, the beauty of the island is amplified by the main village of Hora. Hora is centred around three main squares and winding medieval streets, with large trees scattered around, providing shade for alfresco dining in the traditional restaurants and cafes. Above the town you will discover the Kastro fortress, the views from which are reportedly on par with those from Santorini.

Day 8

Cruise overnight from Folegandros to Athens and the end of your luxury yacht charter. Wake to the bustling hub of Athens with its neoclassical architecture and the Parthenon standing tall over the city. After saying a farewell to your crew, take the tender to shore and step into one of Athens’ many Michelin-starred restaurants for a Greek gastronomic experience. Over a delicious glass of wine or cocktail, reminisce over the memories you have made in the last week; we know that Greece and your yacht will be waiting for your next charter!
