Day 1

Hydra

Embark your luxury yacht in Athens where you will be greeted with cocktails and canapés. After a delicious lunch prepared by your private chef, set sail for Hydra. Hydra is one of the most charming of the Greek islands, located in the midst of the Argo-Saronic Gulf not far from Athens. The island’s attractive environment has enticed many international jet setters, serving as a getaway for celebrities such as Leonard Cohen, Maria Callas, Aristotle Onassis, and many more! Elegant stone mansions, tiny lanes, donkeys roaming the streets and quaint churches create a picturesque seaside setting straight out of a fairytale.
Day 2

Nafplion

The lovely Peloponnese town of Nafplion has been recognized as one of Greece’s most romantic destinations. Between 1823 and 1834 it served as the capital of the new state and it still shows traces of Venetian and Ottoman occupation. The ancient walls, monuments, old castles, and statues exude history and are lovely sights to see as you explore the town. Combining old world charm with spectacular architecture, Nafplion is a sight for sore eyes, with bougainvilleas streaming down its medieval castles, Byzantine churches, Turkish fountains, and grand neoclassical structures. Get lost in this wonderful town’s small alleyways full of hidden gems, each more photogenic than the last.
Day 3

Spetses

Arrive into Spetses, a prosperous Medieval trading hub with elegant mansions constructed by shipping captains dotted amongst winding lanes and a bustling centre. Today, this beautiful island offers both tranquility and a cosmopolitan ambience, comprising picturesque bays, historical ruins, a glamorous harbour and a shoreline laced with swirling turquoise waters. Cars are all but banned; horse-drawn carriages are the main mode of transportation and results in a relaxed, laissez-faire atmosphere.
Day 4

Poros

Cruise on to Poros, a true Greek jewel in the middle of the Saronic Gulf. Anchor in the harbour and admire the scenery, surrounded by magnificent beaches, verdant hills, attractive villages, and a vintage vibe. Poros Town sparkles like a magnificent lake-side resort due to its sheltered environment, isolated from the hilly Peloponnese by a narrow channel. With the colorful and characterful Sferia and the calm, forested Kalavria united by a short isthmus, Poros is an island that caters to all tastes and desires.
Day 5

Athens

The next stop on your private yacht charter is Greece’s capital city of Athens. At over 2,500 years old, Athens is a buzzing hub of history, culture and contemporary life. UNESCO World Heritage sites such as the Acropolis and Daphni Monastery are stunning remnants of ancient Greece, and landmarks from the ‘later’ years such as Byzantine churches should not be missed. Hop on the tender and head to shore to explore the sights of Ancient Greece and the 19th Century neoclassical style of the city centre.

Day 6

Monemvasia

Monemvasia is an island in the south-eastern Peloponnese that has been turbulently governed by the Byzantines, Franks, Turks, and Venetians. Surrounded by the dazzling azure waters of the Aegean, Monemvasia rises out of the sea like a massive iceberg with towering cliffs hundreds of meters tall. Take the tender to shore and discover a medieval settlement within the fortress walls and a causeway that connects Monemvasia to Gefyra, a modern village on the mainland torn from Monemvasia by a disastrous earthquake in 375 AD.
Day 7

Gythio

Cruise on to Gythio, once the harbor of ancient Sparta and a one-of-a-kind island with a fascinating history. Home to an antique theatre and a well-preserved traditional Mani tower, Gythio’s relaxing mood and lovely ambience has great appeal. A spot where tourists can truly immerse themselves in the slow-paced, Grecian way of life, Gythio is sure to leave you rested and rejuvenated. After exploring the main town, head to Marathonisi Islet, a little island southeast of Gythio. Said to be the location where the fateful affair of Paris of Troy and Helen started and the ignition of the Trojan War, anchor near picturesque Mavrovouni Beach where sea turtles congregate, and relax in crystal-clear water.
Day 8

Pylos

Cruise overnight to Pylos, and wake up to a lovely town with lush hills, crystal clear water, a large harbor and commanding castle. One of the region’s most historically significant towns, a short drive away are the ruins of a once-thriving Mycenaean empire, along with relics from the bloody Battle of Pylos. Throughout the region, discover picturesque villages, neoclassical architecture, and delectable modern eateries.
Day 9

Zakynthos

Also known by its Italian name Zante, Zakynthos is an island of two stories. The southern and southeastern shorelines are dominated by heavy package tourism, but nestled out of sight are some attractive lower-key bases including Keri and Limni Keriou in the remoter southwest. Leave the south behind and set off to explore the rest of the island, where you’ll discover a different place altogether. A tranquil haven, where plenty of forested wilderness and traditional rural villages remain, the spectacular scenery of the rugged west coast is undoubtedly the highlight. Gaze in awe upon the island’s mighty limestone cliffs, which plummet down towards glistening turquoise waters and the occasional yacht far below.
Day 10

Kefalonia

Magical Kefalonia is a place where it’s easy to lose yourself amid air thick with oleander and the sound of goat bells. The largest and perhaps the most varied of the islands, there’s space to breathe here. Discover Kefalonia’s convoluted coastline which conceals all sorts of captivating coves and beach-lined bays, lapped by gin-clear waters teeming with colourful fish. Despite the devastating earthquake of 1953 that razed much of the island’s historic Venetian architecture, ravishing harbour-front villages such as Fiskardo and Assos still show off Italianate good looks. A breathtaking backdrop, lush and mountainous, is dotted with wild meadows, Mediterranean oak forests and vineyards.
Day 11

Meganisi

Blanketed in luxuriant flora, Meganisi is undoubtedly one of the most stunning Ionian islands, spilling out into the Ionian Sea in luscious swirls of cerulean and blue. Meganisi, nestled within a protected archipelago, has retained its traditional character through picturesque harbours, antique stone buildings, and typical Greek windmills. Days pass quickly with breathtaking views, amazing rock formations, an intriguing history, and crystal-clear waters. Small and relatively quiet, the tranquility of this haven adds to the town’s obvious beauty. Head to Fanari Beach Club for a glass of wine under the stars, or simply stroll down to one of the secluded beaches.
Day 12

Ithaki

Tucked between Kefalonia and the mainland lies the shimmering sanctuary of Ithaki. Enticing all visitors that pass her shores, Ithaki is famed in Greek mythology and Homeric literature as the island where Odysseus toiled for ten heroic years to return to. It is romantic, lovely, and alluringly untamed. A lovely stop on your superyacht charter, explore Ithaki’s ancient ruins, breathtaking scenery, nature hikes and towering cliffs. After a dip at Filiatro – Ithaki’s most cosmopolitan beach with stunning blue seas – enter the crumbling walls of the School of Homer where recent archaeological discoveries have discovered may be the long-lost palace of Odysseus himself. Stroll around Ithaki’s breathtaking natural splendor before heading back to the yacht for a cocktail on deck.
Day 13

Methoni

Found 12 kilometers south of the beach resort of Pylos, Methoni was one of the seven cities granted to Achilles by Agamemnon. An adventurer’s paradise, Methoni boasts the most impressive Venetian fortification in all of Greece, with antiquity so well-preserved that walking around the castle and Bourtzi will transport you to ancient Greece. Methoni is a popular day-trip destination due to its lovely, cobblestone alleyways interwoven with cafes and restaurants set against a towering citadel. Cruise across to Sapienza for idyllic peace and quiet, where pistachio and strawberry trees bloom among the rustle of Cretan goats and pheasants.
Day 14

Elafonisos

Picture-perfect Elafonisos is a nature’s paradise, tucked away in Crete’s southwest corner. With its pinkish-white beach, blue ocean abounding with underwater life and gentle dunes, Elafonisos is the perfect place to drop anchor and relax in your surroundings. A protected area, Elafonisos remains a beautiful location to visit all year. After a hectic few days touring the spectacular relics of Methoni and Ithaki, indulge in the tranquillity of this lovely islet and experience true relaxation in one of Greece’s most attractive, secluded settings. Arriving on a magnificent superyacht will also allow you to beat the crowds and experience the islet at its most picturesque and serene after sunset.
Day 15

Athens

Cruise overnight from Elafonisos to Athens and the end of your luxury yacht charter. Wake to the bustling hub of Athens with its neoclassical architecture and the Parthenon standing tall over the city. After saying a farewell to your crew, take the tender to shore and step into one of Athens’ many Michelin starred restaurants for a Greek gastronomic experience. Over a delicious glass of wine or cocktail, reminisce over the memories you have made in the last week; we know that Greece and your yacht will be waiting for your next charter!
