Charter Broker

TWW Yachts is looking for an ambitious and experienced full-time Retail Charter Broker. The company provides fantastic resources to its yacht brokers and focuses on digital marketing. TWW has a versatile & agile website, the very finest intelligence tools, a very responsive and dedicated marketing team, and strong boat show attendance in Europe.

Your responsibilities will include responding to the clients’ inquiries and requests, always delivering a level of service worthy of a traditional British brokerage house. You will generate charter deals according to targets set by yourself and TWW. Expanding your clientele and increasing your conversion rate among the leads given by TWW, this will be a core responsibly. Within the organisation, you will contribute to growing the other aspects of the business such as sales and management thanks to your growing clientele book.

We are looking for professionals with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a broker within a reputed brokerage house, guaranteeing a solid knowledge of the yacht fleet, cruising grounds, yachting industry, including its rules, regulations and ethical standards.

Time spent on-board superyachts will also be valued.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work well with others and contributing to a positive team environment.

You will be required to be familiar with MS Office, as well as the industry databases and a professional social media presence will be a plus.
