New Build Chief Stewardess - 50m M/Y - After Launch Private/Charter

We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Stewardess to join a 50m New Build Motor Yacht .

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 50m new build Motor Yacht, based in Europe. This is a permanent, full-time position starting from January, ideal for candidates with a strong background in yacht interior management, preferably with build experience and a keen interest in a long-term commitment to a dynamic project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the interior team, ensuring high standards of service for heavy charter and owner usage, and supporting the launch process scheduled for July 2026. The role requires a proactive team player, capable of handling high-end service environments, with a mindset geared towards contribution and growth within a close-knit, dedicated team.

Candidate requirements:

• Chief Stewardess / Steward experience on similar sized vessels
• A can do attitude, able to get on with daily tasks unsupervised, deal with contractor and suppliers.
• Good communicator.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with high attention to detail.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as French or Spanish are a bonus.
• High-end hospitality background, including restaurant experience at luxury hotels would be considered for additional experience outside of yachting.
• Availability for a January start date
• Willingness to commit for the long-term, with references to support longevity
• Experience with heavy charter operations and owner private usage, single season with potential dual season
• Valid STCW and ENG1 medical certification.
• Food Hygiene Lvl 2.

Package:

• Salary: €6,000 – 6,500 pcm DOE
• Leave: Standard
