Chief Stewardess - 40m M/Y - Charter

We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Stewardess to join a 40m Charter Motor Yacht .

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 40m Motor Yacht operating in Europe. You will be responsible for the overall management of the interior team of 3, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained during busy charter periods. This role requires a proactive individual capable of coordinating events, maintaining the vessel’s interior and providing exceptional guest experiences. The Chief Stewardess will also support the interior team of three, creating a positive team environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. The yacht, built in 2016, is well-maintained and will be based in Monaco, with a busy schedule including Mediterranean seasons. The vessel has been recently purchased and the owner is looking to run a busy charter program with light owner usage. The role promises a dynamic work environment, combined with the chance to be part of a reputable company managing a busy charter vessel. The Captain is open to a 2nd Stewardess with good yachting experience to step up into their first Chief Stewardess role.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess in a similar yacht (36m-40m) OR a 2nd Stewardess looking to step up into her first Chief Stewardess role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in running a busy charter schedule
• Knowledge of Mediterranean yachting protocols and high service standards
• Ability to support interior team activities and ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced operational atmosphere
• Valid STCW and ENG1 certificates
• Food Hygiene lvl2

Package:

• Salary: €5,000 – 5,500 pcm
