The cost of chartering a yacht on the Amalfi Coast will start at around $20,000 a week, plus an additional 30% advanced provisioning allowance (APA), 14% VAT, and a discretionary tip. The APA will cover the food, drinks, fuel, and berthing during your travels, and the tip remains at the discretion of the client but is advised anywhere between 10% to 20% of the charter fee to thank the crew for their efforts.

The Amalfi Coast offers warmer weather earlier in the season than the South of France and the Cinque Terre.
