Victoria Birchall Salim

Originally from the North West of England, Victoria moved to London to pursue a career in Musical Theatre. Through working as a performing artist, she was able to enjoy a varied, global career, which included working for several international cruise companies. These experiences fuelled her passion for travel, and it was here that she was first introduced to life at sea. Completing many contracts, and through personal pursuits, Victoria has travelled extensively to over 60 countries.

Following her career in the arts, Victoria trained as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. She worked for many well known health and fitness clubs, and taught at major fitness industry events, Move It and FitPro, before starting her own personal training business. She simultaneously began a career in Financial Services working for a boutique investment management company, completing her professional qualifications in Investment Operations, and UK Regulation and Professional Integrity. As a Compliance Generalist, she gained a wealth of experience particularly in KYC and AML, working closely with Senior Partners and the Compliance Officer / MLRO.

Victoria begins her yachting career with TWW Yachts supporting the Executive Director.
