Jane Thomas

Jane is delighted to have joined the TWW team in 2023. So far most of her yachting experiences have been focused on providing ballast, but what she lacks in experience she makes up with the enthusiasm and a real love of learning. Leaving university, with a Masters’s Degree in Philosophy and a PgDip in Business and Publishing, she was selected for a graduate traineeship in newspaper management. This led to managing the local free newspaper and latterly the Recruitment Advertising department. With over 17 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, she believes passionately that it’s the people that make a business successful. So, after attaining a Masters’s in NLP she moved into Training and Development, working in Sales and Management training across the media and financial sectors, both as an account director and trainer. Now she has three little people who are very much training her! 

Over the last 8 years, as her family grew, she took a part-time role in the administration, before joining the TWW Yachts team. She loves being creative; whether cooking, baking, painting or getting muddy through running the local trails and gardening.  We are delighted to have Jane as a vital team member of the Charter Management department.
