Emma Curzon

Commencing her career as a restaurant manager at the age of 19, her early interest in hospitality, management, and accounting laid the foundation for a dynamic trajectory.

A pivotal experience at 16, trekking in the Himalaya, ignited Emma’s passion for travel, cultural exploration, and linguistic diversity. Building upon this, she transitioned in her 20s to roles on motor and sailing yachts. Starting as a Stewardess, she quickly rose to the position of Chief Stewardess and Purser, on the way also gaining valuable deck and galley experience. Over seven years, Emma worked on a variety of yachts navigating throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, also completing four transatlantic voyages.

After returning to land, Emma assumed the role of a Personal Assistant to a Managing Director of a prominent investment bank. Her responsibilities extended across global offices in London, New York, Toronto, and Switzerland, underscoring a proficiency in administration and accounting.

Equipped with AAT accounting qualifications, Emma has found her niche at TWW Yacht Management Ltd. Her role leverages her combined yachting and financial expertise, along with her excellent attention to detail to ensure smooth and skilful operations. With her friendly and collaborative approach, Emma tackles tasks with a keen focus and sense of camaraderie throughout.

Emma’s story is a testament to her adaptability, diverse skill set and perseverance, and greatly looks forward to navigating new horizons with the team.
