Day 1

Phuket

The vibrant buzz of Phuket will surround you as soon as you set foot in this delightful town. A popular tourist destination, Phuket Town brims with life whilst the rest of the island is sparsely populated. Phuket Province, which includes the island and 32 smaller islands surrounding it, covers an area of 570 square kilometers with stunning landscapes of forested hills, coconut groves and rubber plantations. Along the coastline are dotted numerous spectacular beaches, and her surrounding waters are home to a diverse range of marine life. Step onboard your luxury charter yacht, meet your crew and get ready for a fantastic week full of incredible memories.

Day 2

Ko Hong

Take out a kayak to explore fascinating caves in exceptional scenery, or journey to the centre of the island in your tender. Stop at the sea gypsy village for a delicious lunch; relax, take in the views or head to James Bond Island. With an overnight passage you will wake up at your next stop, the Similan Islands. With pre-arranged access to this tranquil national park, you will be one of an exclusive few witnessing a beautiful part of the world. Qualified divers are welcomed to experience the underwater delights the Similan islands have to offer.

Day 3

Similan Islands

With beaches often listed among the ten best in Asia, the Similan Islands National Park is known for its white coral, golden sands, crystal blue waters, warm tropical nights and cooling breezes coming off the Andaman Sea. Made up of nine islands, here you’ll find some of the best scenery in Thailand. Its status as a National Park means guests are asked to refrain from water-sports; keep the jet skis in dock and take out your diving gear instead. With clear visibility and fantastic marine life, explore the incredibly biodiverse reefs.

Day 4

Kawthaung

Depart early for Myanmar and check into Kawthaung (Victoria Point). Myanmar’s southern most Township and trading port, Kawthaung stands as the gateway to the Archipelago. With ever-increasing border trade between Myanmar and Thailand, there are always exciting new developments to be seen. With a short trip to immigration, guests can take a tour of Kawthaung and discover for themselves the romantic mystery of an ancient trading port. After immigration formalities are completed continue to island 115, where you can snorkel and swim to your heart’s content.

Day 5

Lampi

A similar size to Singapore, Lampi Island is the largest of the Archipelago. Utterly uninhabited, Lampi is an island of outstanding natural beauty and has been made a national park by the government. Endless white sandy beaches stretch along the coast, many for two kilometres or more. Stroll at low tide across a sandy spit to an adjoining island just off the shore, or journey up one of the tidal rivers by small boat or sea canoe for two miles. Flora and fauna greet you in abundance; ancient mangrove trees stand thirty foot tall, and birds warble their cacophony of song.

Day 6

Palau Nala

Pu Nala is world-renowned for its ancient Moken (sea gypsy) village of Marghon Galet, which when translated from Burmese means ‘a channel visited by a foreigner’. The Monken people belong to no one country, living as family units on a single boat and travelling across international waters with no passport, as they have done for generations. Visit this cultural epicentre to understand the nomadic nature of the Moken and embrace the tranquillity of a different way of life.

Day 7

Surin islands

Situated very close to the Myanmar border, the Surin Islands are a marine national park providing spectacular terrain uninhabited but for a few park rangers and the Singh tribe of Chao Lay. Settled on Ko Surin Tai, visit these fascinating people and admire the ancient ways of living embodied by all who reside there. Roam the shores and see where rocky outcrops punctuate the white-sand beaches, rainforest overflows from island to sea and know that this place will be a memory to last forever.

Day 8

Trisara

On a secluded cove nestled in the tropical hills of north-western Phuket, Trisara sits among centuries-old ficus trees and breezy coconut palms. One of the most exclusive hotels in Phuket, land and sea come together to anchor life’s journey in a haven of culture and heritage. Rooted in timeless tradition and bound to nature, Trisara offers the perfect place to celebrate the joys of spiritual and physical well-being, sheltered from the elements whilst gazing straight out to sea.

Day 9

Racha Islands

Slowly meander from Trisara to the Racha Islands, two pieces of paradise located just South of Phuket. Through their crystal clear waters you will see an abundance of marine life inhabiting the highly active coral reefs. Grab your snorkel and swap your charter yacht for the sea to get a closer look! Make sure that you’re back onboard for sunset, where you’re likely to see and hear sailfish jumping in between the islands. Drop anchor for the night and watch the sun go down in style.

Day 10

Ko Lanta

Take an early morning sail south to Ko Lanta Yai, whose visitors find true tranquillity. The island’s unspoiled nature is prevalent wherever you go; mountainous and rugged in some areas, its green forested hills, gravel and sand beaches, pretty coral reefs, clear emerald water and traditional lifestyle provide a charming retreat from modern life. Spend a day relaxing on untouched beaches or take a 30 minute walk to reach a breathtaking waterfall. Either while away the evening on your charter yacht admiring the island from a distance, or plan ahead to visit the luxurious Pimalai resort for lunch or dinner.

Day 11

Ko Rock

The stunning bay of Ko Rok Nai/Nok will leave you speechless, as the 500m long Ko Rok Beach is of shallow water so clear that the sand burrows are clearly seen. The front bay has corals with sea anemones in alternation with sandy floor, ideal for a dive., or venture further to a depth of 4-5 metres and find big coral reefs in a vast area overflowing with marine life. If it’s a swim in clear water and a sunbathe you desire, head to Sarn Chao island and find their 300m long beach with its fine white sand and wide front.

Day 12

Ko Tarutao

Pronounced Thailand’s first marine national park in 1974, Ko Tarutao is one of the country’s most unspoilt regions, teeming with wildlife and surrounding you with gloriously well-preserved rainforest. The largest in a 51 island archipelago, Ko Tarutao stretches North to South for 24 kilometres and spans an area of 152 square kilometres. Explore the wonders of the natural world on both land and in the water; stroll the endless white beaches where luscious rainforests make the air indescribably fresh or snorkel in a glistening clear blue sea.

Day 13

Ko Tanga and Ko Chuku

The next step of your yacht charter brings you to two parcels of paradise. Found halfway between Butang and Tarutao, Ko Tanga and Ko Chuku provide a blissful haven for those who want to spend the day immersed in the water. For those keen for aquatic activities, pick up your snorkel, put on your diving gear or try your hand at fishing; this peaceful place will leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated.

Day 14

Ko Rawi

An early morning passage through crystal clear waters brings you to the granitic islands of Ko Rawi. Blanketed by rainforest and fringed by white sand beaches, take a tender to shore and explore this beautifully uninhabited area. Excellent snorkelling is to be found in the plentiful coral reefs just off shore where marine life thrives below the surface of a sparkling still sea.

Day 15

Langkawi

Coming to the end of your yacht charter, cruise overnight the 50 nautical miles to reach Langkawi, Malaysia, the home of sandy shores and jungle-cloaked valleys. Take your yacht’s tender and explore the Pristine Mangrove River system, where eagles soar above you, otters glide through the waters and monkeys swing from branch to branch. If a day on land is more your style, the shores of Langkawi are abundant with spas, seafood restaurants and beach bars.
