Seeking a Stew/Cook for a 85ft M/Y based in the Bahamas. Ideal candidate should be happy and content to not be surrounded by other yachts and have the need/desire to go to bars/restaurants, etc. Cooking for guests is focused on the fresh catch of the day (always) and healthy salads/sides. Breakfasts and lunches are normally buffet style and dinners plated. Galley is nice and very functional. Interior is relatively low maintenance. Vessel usually runs to The vessel does about 6 weeks of charter per year (they have 2 on the books now). Captain advises that they only take family type charters and no crazy partiers. Many of the charters are repeat guests. They also have a 45ft and 32ft tender, which they use for day chartering/fishing. You will have the option to work these charters and earn extra gratuities if you choose.
