Female Deck/Stewardess - 45m M/Y - Winter period

We are currently seeking a Deck/Stewardess to join a 45m+ Motor Yacht for the winter period.

We are currently seeking a hands-on, motivated Deck/Stewardess for the upcoming maintenance period. This is a dual-role position that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to support both the deck and interior departments as needed. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of general yacht maintenance and a proactive, can-do attitude. You should be comfortable taking instructions, working independently, and contributing positively within a close-knit team. Strong self-motivation and a collaborative mindset are essential. As part of your responsibilities, you will assist the deck team with routine maintenance and safety tasks, ensuring the vessel is kept in excellent condition throughout the maintenance period.

Please Note: this will be a 6 month contract as a Deck/Stewardess and is open to candidates that have recently completed their Yacht master offshore ticket

Start date: November 2025

Candidate requirements:

• Valid STCW and ENG1 Medical Certificates
• Yacht Master offshore (Commercially Endorsed)
• Female candidate due to cabin arrangements
• Previous experience as a deckhand or stewardess
• Knowledge of deck duties, maintenance, and safety procedures
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, proactive, and professional attitude

Package:

• Salary: €2,800 – 3,000 pcm 
• Leave: 3.67 days paid per month
• Itinerary: Italy for the winter
