2nd Stewardess - 50m M/Y - Private/Charter

We are currently seeking a Permanent 2nd Stewardess Masseuse / Beautician  to join a 50m Private/Charter Motor Yacht .

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a 50m Benetti Oasis motor yacht, operating both privately and chartered. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Chief stewardess in providing exceptional service to guests, maintaining the interior cleanliness and organisation, and ensuring the smooth operation of the yacht’s hospitality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a newly launched vessel, which combines luxury, functionality, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working well within a close-knit professional crew environment.

Please Note: The owner is looking for a Masseuse, can be any style of massage and beautician. Longevity is paramount for this role as the owners are looking for a 2nd Stewardess to commit for a couple of years. 

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience as a 2nd Stewardess on similar-sized yachts
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Food Hygiene lvl2 
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest requests efficiently
• Flexible availability to start ASAP
• Good team player with a professional attitude and customer service mindset
• Willingness to contribute to a positive, team-oriented onboard atmosphere
• Location restrictions are not specified, but candidates should be based in Europe or able to relocate easily

Package:

• Salary: €4,500 – 5,500 pcm
• Leave: 60 days paid per year
• Itinerary: Mediterranean
• Tips: Shared equally
