Anegada Yacht Charter

The northernmost and second-largest island of the British Virgin Islands archipelago, Anegada island, is a low lying isle surrounded by vibrant coral reefs. Home to pristine, secluded white sand beaches, exotic flora and fauna, as well as several shipwrecks, this island is unique from all the other islands within the BVIs chain. Anegada Charter Guide

There is no real harbour or protected mooring area on the island, but one of the preferred mooring spots is an opening in the coral reef on the southwestern side near the Anegada Reef Hotel and Pomato Point.

Cow Wreck Beach

Located on the western side of the island, this beach got its name when a boat carrying cattle bones sank off the reef, depositing thousands of bones in the area, which can be seen to this day. Enjoy a day sun tanning, swimming on the beach, or drinking at the Cow Wreck Bar.

Horseshoe Reef

Surrounded by peaceful, secluded beaches, this reef offers some of the best conch and lobster fishing options in all of the BVIs chain. The largest coral reef in the Caribbean, this 18-mile reef is teeming with tropical marine life and well worth a visit.

Wreck scuba diving

With several small shipwrecks located around the island, break out your charter yacht’s scuba diving gears and explore some of the underwater scenery and wrecks. The underwater scenery is sure to leave you with memories for a lifetime.

Loblolly Bay

The best spot to see the island’s famous flamingos, make the best use of the crystal clear waters here by snorkelling near the shore. Alternatively, explore some of the picturesque, nearly deserted Caribbean beaches here before having a cocktail by the Big Bamboo restaurant.

Flamingo Spotting
