TWW concludes a very successful open day in Monaco

TWW were the proud hosts of an open day for two of the yachts we have for sale yesterday at the Yacht Club de Monaco. The mighty 49.9m GAZZELLA II and the elegant 52m Prana. Brokers from around the world were invited to tour these two high profile superyachts to find buyers.

Prana

From the design board of the late Ed Dubois the 52m sailing yacht Prana was delivered by Alloy Yachts in New Zealand in 2006. A thoroughbred in every respect she is as comfortable as she is fast as would be equally at home on a cruise to remote areas of the world or racing in the St Barths Bucket or a leisurely cruise in the Mediterranean. Regularly exceeding the wind speed under sail she is a prized performer and has recently fully refitted making her turn-key for a new owner. She has exquisite accommodation in 5 staterooms for 10-12 guests.

GAZZELLA II

A yacht with huge volume for her size she is reputedly by gross tonnage the second-largest yacht under 50m in the world. Launched by Codecasa in 2015 this impressive yacht turns heads wherever she goes, and Monaco was no exception. Being VAT paid ensures a new owner can keep and use her in Europe as a private yacht – although her layout also would make her highly attractive on the charter market. Guest accommodation is for 12 including a full beam owner’s suite on the main deck with “his and hers” bathrooms and private office as well as an adjacent suite – features seldom found on yachts of this size. Below are four similar and spacious guest suites. Day areas include a huge sundeck saloon and plenty of outdoor areas including a vast sundeck with forward-facing spa and jacuzzi.
