Daniele Gasparin

Daniele graduated from the University of Genoa in 2013, where he obtained his BSc in Maritime Business and Economics.

A month prior to the graduation ceremony, he joined a renowned Ship Management Company based in Genoa. Here he quickly gained substantial operational and regulatory experience in the maritime sector, building up to the role of QHSE Superintendent and carefully looking after a mixed fleet of cargo and passenger vessels. A few years later, he set sails to Malta to successfully assist the Company with its expansion on the southern mediterranean island.

Having grown up by the sea and being the son of a keen sailor, he spent a considerable amount of time around yachting and was always fascinated by the industry. In 2017, he had the opportunity to make his dream come true: he relocated to the Principality of Monaco to join the yacht management branch of a prominent multi-family office. Here, he managed and oversaw the regulatory compliance of a fleet of large yachts ranging from 40m up to 100m, while building a considerable network within the industry.

Through his extensive background, dynamic nature and pragmatic approach, Daniele ensures our fleet of yachts is safe, secure and compliant, while tirelessly providing Owners, Captains and Crews with the highest levels of support.
